Finding markets and reading odds

Odds are usually shown in three formats — Decimal, Fractional, and American. bet ji generally uses the Decimal format. The table below shows the same price in all three formats:

Example: Team A to win — Decimal odds 2.50. A ৳500 bet returns ৳1,250 if you win (৳750 profit + ৳500 stake). If you lose, ৳500 is gone. This is not a guarantee — it is only an example to illustrate the calculation.
The favourite has lower odds. For example, Team B to win — odds 1.50 (Fractional 1/2, American -200). A ৳500 bet returns ৳750 (৳250 profit). When American odds show a minus, it means how much you need to bet to make ৳100 profit.
Bet Slip — how a single bet works
Clicking on a market adds it to the bet slip. The bet slip usually floats on one side of the screen or at the bottom. Enter your stake (how much you want to bet) and the potential return is calculated automatically — check everything carefully before the money is deducted.
A single bet has only one selection. It is the simplest type — either that specific outcome happens or you lose your entire stake.
An example: in a cricket match, Team A to win at odds 1.80; Team B to win at odds 2.00. A ৳1,000 bet on Team B returns ৳2,000 if Team B wins (৳1,000 profit). If Team A wins, you lose ৳1,000. This is an example to illustrate the calculation, not a guarantee of any outcome.
Always check the slip before confirming a bet — make sure the selection is correct, the stake is right, and you are placing the bet before the match starts.
Multi Bet — multiple selections combined
Adding more than one selection to the bet slip creates a multi bet (or accumulator). The odds of all selections are multiplied together, so the potential return is much higher. However, if any single selection loses, the entire bet is lost.
The example below combines three selections: Decimal odds of 1.40, 1.50, and 1.70. Multiplied together: 1.40 × 1.50 × 1.70 = 3.57 (rounded). A ৳100 bet returns ৳357 if all three win. If any one of them loses, you lose the full ৳100.
Multi bets offer higher potential returns but also carry more risk. For beginners, it is better to start with fewer selections.

Open and Settled Bets — check your history
After placing a bet on bet ji Bet, you can go to the "My Bets" or bet history section to see the status of all your bets. There are two tabs — open bets (matches not yet finished) and settled bets (bets with a result).
When betting on a live match, odds change as the score changes, but once a bet is confirmed it will settle at those odds. After the match ends, the settled bets tab shows the amount won or the details of a loss.
Checking your history regularly helps you understand what types of bets you are staking the most on and how much you are spending over time.
